About our unlocking service:
At Refurb-Phone we provide an official ZTE unlock service, this removes any network restrictions and allows you to use your handset worldwide. We provide an unlock service for all ZTE models running on all firmware versions.
Do you require my phone:
We do not require your phone in our possession. The only thing we require is your devices IMEI number.
How do I get my IMEI number:
There are two ways of retrieving your IMEI number:
1) Press *#06# then your IMEI number will appear
2) Go to settings > general > about > IMEI
How does the unlock work:
You provide us with your phone model, IMEI number and network the phone is locked to. Once the payment has been made we will process it via the ZTE IMEI database.
How long do I have to wait for the unlock:
Depending on your network, the unlock time can vary. The unlock time will be specified once you have processed your IMEI with us.
How will I know when the phone is unlocked:
Once your device has been successfully unlocked from our side you will be emailed with the unlock code.
What if my unlock takes longer than expected to unlock:
On the rare occasion there may be a delay in unlocking your phone as the servers could go down – unfortunately this is not something we can control. You will be immediately contacted if this is the case.
What if my phone doesn’t unlock:
If for whatever reason your phone cannot be unlocked, you will be notified and refunded in full.
