How long will the repair take?
We will try and repair your phone within 48 hours of us receiving it. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
If the repair is more severe, then we will email you with an approximate timeframe
I don’t know what is wrong with my iPhone. Can you help me?
If you are not sure what is wrong, simply send it to us and we will check the phone and tell you what needs fixing.
This is a FREE service we provide and you don’t even have to get it repaired by us. We do however charge postage and admin fee of £10 to send the phone back you should you choose not to get it repaired from us.
What happens if you can’t fix my iPhone?
If we can’t repair your iPhone, then we will send it back to you. There will be no costs involved
My iPhone is still under warranty. What should I do?
If your iPhone is still under warranty we recommended you send it back to the retailer If your iPhone only has a few months warranty remaining then don’t forget we do provide three months warranty so send it to us.
Do you guarantee your repairs?
We are confident of our service and all our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days! If anything does go wrong in this time we will rectify it free of charge.
Will I lose any data?
We will always do our best to protect your songs, videos and data, however we cannot guarantee that all your iPhone data will remain intact.
We strongly recommended you backup your iPhone data before sending to us. We will not re liable for any lose of your personal data
What should I send with my iPhone?
Please only send your iPhone. We do not require any chargers, cables sim or memory cards
How should I post my iPhone to you?
We strongly recommend that you use "Royal Mail Special Delivery as this gives you the peace of mind that if your parcel does get lost in the post, you will be able to track where it is and the value is covered by insurance.
How will you return my repaired iPhone?
Your iPhone will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
