Doro's Liberto 810 is a basic touchscreen phone that aims to make it easy for tech novices to get to grips with a smartphone. It's based on Android but has a heavy customised layer on top called Doro Experience. This aims to unclutter the homescreen and make using the Liberto 810 much simpler and friendlier to use.
In some respects it succeeds but in many others it fails and is not helped by very basic hardware.Doro is a company that specializes in designing and producing mobile phones which are convenient and simple to use, which makes them an excellent choice for the elderly, the partially sighted and the hard of hearing.
The Doro Liberto 810 is no exception - it has a dedicated menu system with large and clear icons. This makes it simple and convenient to use for everyday tasks. The big buttons are very responsive and provide ample feedback when pressed, so features of the phone can be accessed with confidence.
